When will my figure arrive?
The figures are included in your next Otaku Box, and are subject the cutoff date. If you ordered them after the 7th of the month, they won’t be in your next box, but in the following box after that. If you ordered before the 7th of the month, they’ll be in your next box.
Do I have to have a current The Otaku Box sub to receive the figures?
Yes, and if you cancel before you’ve received the figures, you will NOT receive the figures!
