When will I receive my box?

The box will be shipped on the 24th of each month. It may take around 2-8 weeks, depending on your country.

Where is my box?

Every time I send you a box, the tracking number will be sent to your email! Please look in your spam folder too, as emails can be filtered there. You can use Postal Ninja (https://postal.ninja/en) to track your box.

What is the prize figure size?

All new prize figures are made in 1:12 scale, 6 to 7 1/2 inches tall (15 to 19 centimeters). Very often figures are made in different positions (sitting, on their knees, etc). Be aware, these figures will not be as tall as the standing figures.

I didn't receive my box in a month, is that a problem?

Sometimes there are delays with shipping, please take a look in your tracking number and post office, but don't worry if the box doesn't arrive in the first month, you can promote with the graphics while you wait.

It’s been over a month, and still no box. What now?

I am so sorry about that! Please confirm your address, and I will look into it. I can resend you the box once the address is confirmed.

Can I chose the products inside my box?

The products are different every month, you cannot change them, but you can pick your t-shirt size, for example. Also, ambassadors can help me with new product ideas for future boxes in a survey each month! This will help me make the box better and better.

Where do I find my affiliate link?

The link is sent to you in the FIRST EMAIL (Ambassador Program Next Steps), Your Affiliate Tracking link, GRIN Ambassador Dashboard, Discord Channel, FAQs, Guidelines, and Terms! Don't forget to check your spam!

Why do I need to use GRIN?

GRIN is a platform that allows me to track your sales, see your promotional posts and stories, engagement rate, etc., in any social media you update! You can also view your address and you can receive payments through the platform. It's essential to keep your GRIN Ambassador Dashboard updated.

Should I connect all my socials in GRIN?

You should connect all the socials you are currently using as an influencer.

How do I send you my address?

Only by the GRIN dashboard.

I need to change my address. Where can I do that?

The GRIN Platform! You can go to settings and update your shipping address anytime you want.

When will I receive the promo graphics?

Ambassadors will receive EMAIL NUMBER TWO (Promotion Material) from us at the beginning of the month with graphics. Make sure to post it on time so you can hype your audience and make a sale. It's essential to use your affiliate link as a swipe up in your bio every time you are promoting (sent in your first email). You can find some example descriptions to use in this FAQ doc, but the posts will perform better (i.e., more sales) if you get creative and use your own words.

How can I participate in the bounties system?

If you met our requirements for tier number two, then you are eligible for the bounty system.

When will I get my bounty payment?

Bounties are paid along with any sale payouts from sales you've generated at the beginning of the month for the previous month!

How do I see how many boxes I sold this month?

I or my ambassador manager will check and update all the ambassadors with monthly feedback!

How do I participate in the paid promotions?

When needed, I will send you an email for the specific promotion I want you to make with graphics, information and price!

I didn't receive the first email yet. What should I do?

Please check your spam. Maybe you blocked my email, and if not, most likely, you have not been accepted for this program.

Do I need to talk while making the unboxing video?

People always pay attention when someone is talking, but there's plenty of ways to catch people's attention! Be creative! You do not even need to speak to show the products, but creativity, a great song, and cuts are appreciated!

Where should I post the unboxing video?

Every time you receive a new box, you need to produce and post the unboxing/review video, at least on your primary social media, according to the FAQ Guidelines (mentions, tags, etc.). And after post, upload your unboxing video in the Dropbox link sent to your email (and FAQ doc)!

I'm on TikTok, the videos can have only 60 secs, is that a problem?

Not a problem, since TikTok (or Instagram feed post) only allows 1 min videos! On other platforms like Youtube, IG/TV, etc., I ask for at least 2 min for review videos!

Can I have another sponsor?

Yes, but do not promote The Otaku Box alongside another brand; all posts and stories must be dedicated, and all videos must not have another sponsor. Adsense is OK.

I'm not a professional video maker. How can I improve?

I understand that there are different experience levels with making videos, but the main thing is to show people the box and tell them why they should buy it in your own way, naturally! That's why I sent you the Self Video Recording Guidance in FAQ doc with many tips for you to improve your videos (this is very important for you to earn bounty and remain an ambassador). Also, on Discord, more tips and guidance will be sent monthly.

I'm tier 2, and I have YouTube/Twitch. How many minutes do the monthly shout-outs need to be?

Around 2 minutes is okay! After publishing, please download and edit the video with the part related and upload in the Dropbox link sent!

How can I do my monthly post?

You know your audience the best, and I genuinely want you to keep your style! But I have some post descriptions to inspire you in the FAQ, Guidelines, and Terms. Don’t forget to tag and mention @theotakubox in all the promoting posts.

My promotions/videos need to be in English only?

Not necessary, but since our customers mainly are English speakers, I appreciate it if you can also add your promos' translation when needed.

I'm an Ambassador for more than six months now. When will the draws happen?

I have a question, how do I contact you?

Please use the general chat in our Ambassador Discord channel rather than email, and I or the ambassador manager will help you! Discord is the primary method for communication, and I appreciate you using it. Note: No DMs are allowed. All the questions need to be asked and answered in the group channel.

Can I delete the promo post after the month ends?

The promotion posts need to stay in your feed for at least six months! I will track your performance and socials to make sure your audience is responding positively to your content.  If you delete the post before the six months ends, you may be removed from the ambassador program.

What happens if I do not sell a single box?

If you do not achieve a sale per month, I will extend the ambassador's opportunity to make up for it the following month. If two sales are not generated by the end of the 60th day, The Otaku Box retains the right to terminate the ambassadorship at their discretion.

A fan has a problem with the box/brand and contacted me. What should I do?
